Seller Policy:
- Seller assumes Buyers accepts and agrees with all our Terms & Conditions (Including P&P) stated in our Shop Policy upon a bid or where a purchase has been made.
- All Postage & Packaging (Handling) fees are set in our listings and non-negotiable for single purchases.
- No P&P discounts will be given unless stated otherwise.
- Buyers MUST make payment within 7 days after the auction's end date.
- An unpaid reminder will be sent after 7 days of non-payment.
- If no payment or response is given for unpaid item(s) reminders, the Seller assumes the Buyer has abandoned the auction and an unpaid strike with negative feedback will be given accordingly.
- Seller reserves the rights to refuse bid or purchases from any Potential Buyers who has negative feedback(s), '0' feedback scores and/or an unconfirmed/unverified PayPal shipment/billing address.
- Seller will usually dispatch the item(s) within 24 to 48 hours after all relevant transaction/payment is cleared. With the exception of:
- Bank/Public Holidays
- Insufficient Information Given
- Emergencies
- Low Stock (we will contact the Buyer if this is the case)
- Seller will not be responsible for any delay if:
- Buyer has negative, relevantly low feedback score or '0' feedback score
- Accounts that has been dormant for more than 6 months
- Buyer has a unconfirmed/unverified PayPal shipment/billing address
- Buyer has given insufficient information
- Seller reserves the rights to delay item(s) when Buyers has relevantly low feedback scores and/or with an unconfirmed/unverified PayPal shipment/billing address.
- It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact the Seller within 48 hours after the receipt of the item(s) if it is defective and we will replace the item(s) upon receiving the defected item(s).
- Buyers are responsible for all return postages unless stated otherwise.
- No collection in person, all item(s) are sent via Hong Kong Post Office.
- Seller will mark all item(s) as 'GIFTS' and state the lowest price possible on the declaration slips to avoid Duty Tax.
- Buyers are responsible for all duties occurred during transit.
- We will ship worldwide. However, restrictions apply with some countries (South America, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia and South Africa), where we will only ship if the Buyer agrees to use our Express Mail Service.
- Seller reserves the rights to change or alter this policy without notice.
- It's the Buyer's responsibility to read all of the Seller's Shop Policy with no exceptions.

Insurance Policy:
- Postal Insurance is offered on all auctions.
- Seller will NOT be responsible for lost or damaged item(s) if Postal Insurance is not taken up when offered.
- For lost or damaged item(s) that is under £10, AU $25, US $20 or €15 (bid/purchase price), NO cash refund will be given. Seller will either:
- Send a replacement *, or
- Send a replacement * upon receipt of damaged item(s), or
- Issue a Store Credit refund (less P&P and Insurance)
- For lost or damaged item(s) that is over £10, AU $25, US $20 or €15 (bid/purchase price). Seller will either:
- Send a replacement *, or
- Send a replacement * upon receipt of damaged item(s), or
- Issue a cash refund (less P&P and Insurance) via PayPal, or
- Issue a Store Credit refund (less P&P and Insurance)
- Buyers will have the chance to choose which option they prefer mentioned in Insurance Policy point 3 & 4.
* Please note P&P and Insurance is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return and replacement postages occurred unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Return Policy:
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We will do one of the following:
- If it is an error made by us, please accept our apologies. Please return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging. We will send you the right product(s) and pay for return postage.
- For any other reasons, please return the item(s) in its original condition and packaging. A refund, less P&P and insurance, will be issued in the form of store credits for future purchase.
- For obvious safety and health concerns, there will be NO RETURNS on the following items:
- skin care products; and
- makeup products; and
- any item(s) that has been opened, used, has had it's seal or other wrapping opened or tampered with.
- All Consoles & Games comes with a 30 days warranty period, if the item(s) is defective (functionally or technically and not manmade), contact us within the warranty period and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality within the 30 day warranty period.
- All returned items must be in their original state with it's original packing when we receive them.
- Seller will not replace any item(s) that looked used or have been tampered with, except if the Buyer has sent the item back to be fixed within the warranty period.
- All sales are final after 60 days counted from the auction close or end date.
- All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Please note all return postage incurred by you is non-refundable unless it is our error in shipping.
- We appreciate your understanding.
